Appointments
Q: Can I view my appointment schedule by the day and week?
A: You can view appointments by any date range from daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
Q: How many Artists can be viewed at one time on the appointments list?
A: You can view all Artists appointments by Date, Time, or Procedure
Customer Files
Q: How do you capture a customers picture or ID? How large are these files?
A: A Customers picture can be captured using a scanner or digital camera. The size of these files will depend on the method used to capture each image.
Q:Can I print or scan Consent Forms?
A: You can print consent forms with Customer Information already filled out. By scanning the customer's ID into there Customer File, everytime the customer returns you can print the consent form and just have the customer sign and date. All of the information will be pulled out of customer History. This will save time for the Artist and the Client. Another Option is to scan the consent form into the customer history for a accurate customer history.
Inventory
Q: Can Tattoo Studio track inventory?
A: Our program will automatically deduct inventory as you are selling and/or using products. Detailed reporting gives a real time view of what has been sold and what is in stock.
Q: Can I customize my own vendors, or products that I use?
A: Yes. You can enter as many vendors and products as you like.
Backing Up/Restore
Q: Is there a way to backup or protect my data? How often should I backup?
A: Yes the program offers a backup procedure. It is a good idea to run this during you Day Ending Procedures.
Technical Support
Q: What type of technical support do you offer?
A: This program is so easy to use that you should not have any issues learning the software. There is a detailed help menu that explains every aspect of the program. We provide support 24 hours, 7 days a week, via Internet support should you have any questions or experience technical difficulties with the program, provided that you are a "Registered" user.

Q: Can you use the Studios Consent forms?
A: Yes you can customize or have Tattoo Studio Software create a custom form for you including your company logo.
